  1. Victoria-
Bare Minerals was too dark for me as well. I started using Aromaleigh's Alabaster after that. Of all the minerals I've tried, I feel Everyday still looks best on me. The coverage is heavy but natural. Unforunately, all minerals make my face shiney. BE is not worth it's cost. There is one C. reccommends & only one... I will have to ask which one it is, as I forgot. Despite all their hype, the mineral makeups cause more harm due to the additives mixed with them. Ironically, the liquids are usually safer. I just need to find a cream that doesn't accent my pores.

The Ludwig pallette is stunning! Too bad they were all limited edition. :(

    Winter-
I will have to buy the samples from Aromleigh.
Since we have very similar tastes, I will probably love them. C. reccommended that I try the Blu Ray line from Cargo for me. It is pricey, though. He always reccommends that us albinos stay with the "natural" lines, since we are prone to skin issues. If I were you, I'd take a look at The Balm, Cargo Blu Ray & Color FX.

This may work well for you & it is a lot cheaper than Mac.

  3. I will have to check that out! I get irritated that when I find a product that doesn't cake or accentuate my pores, it's always too dark for me.
